Registering with MRC International Industrial division is simple, and follows a five stage recruitment process.

The Recruitment Process

  1. Initial telephone conversation
  2. Face-to-face appointment and completion of application form
  3. Friendly interview and reference checks
  4. Job matching to find the most suitable roles
  5. Induction, provision of protective work wear if needed, and training if required in:
    1. Manual Handling
    2. Food Hygiene training and testing
    3. Health and Safety.
